The 2022 conference will feature 3 days of action packed fun including socializing, happy hours, vendor tradeshows, key note speaker, educational opportunities, team building, and an awards ceremony to celebrate our stars!  

Come prepared to have an amazing time, and leave exhausted.  This is a time to put work aside.  

For many of us, this will be the first opportunity to meet other members of the Rainey team!  There will be plenty of time to meet and greet at our welcome reception on Day 1.

Day 1 we will have a welcome reception (with open bar) for an hour and a half which will give everyone an opportunity to meet your co-workers from across the country, and socialize and thank our vendors for their partnerships

There will be a variety of education offerings throughout the conference, ranging from HR, Accounting, Compliance, Maintenance, and a deep dive into the insides of Rainey's operations.  

Have you ever participated in a team building event with over 100 people?  Well, get ready because you will be!  Expect to be intrigued, have your mind expanded, but most of all have fun!
